What are we looking for
We’re looking for a Social Account Manager, with experience in scientific B2B industries, preferably pharmaceutical/ healthcare or technology solutions, to oversee retained and project-based accounts that include social media (organic + paid), insights, project management, and social creative. The work is agile and varied and you will be helping deliver social content that visually stands out and pushes the boundaries in innovation and performance.
We want to keep things simple and we have a 3 stage interview process
Once you apply for a role at Substance, we’ll review your details and if they match what we are looking for, we aim to contact you within a week. Unfortunately, as we are a small team, we are unable to reply and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates at this stage
Once you are selected, you will have an initial call with either our HR team or the hiring manager to drill down on your skills and experience
We are an inclusive team, so please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments to support you through the interview process.
If successful, you will have another call with other team members where we will also assess your situational behaviours. For some roles, the second stage would involve working on a specific task
The last stage will involve a call or a meeting in the office with the extended hiring team and, depending on the role, with the management team. If you were assigned a task in the previous stage, you will be able to present this back to the team.
If successful, you will receive our offer at this stage.
We will also contact all unsuccessful candidates involved in the different stages and provide some relevant feedback.
