Write clear, engaging, and on-brand social copy for pharmaceutical campaigns—across organic and paid.
Create in-asset copy (e.g., carousels, statics, short-form videos) rooted in brand tone and platform best practices.
Refine and QA copy produced by others to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Contribute to supporting content (e.g., filming guides, toolkits, overviews, message maps) to deepen narrative alignment across tactics.
Champion editorial discipline within the team, including voice consistency and proofing excellence.
Partner with account leads to shape social calendars, ensuring content flow, voice alignment, and integrated channel strategy.
Proactively help organize post flows and cross-posting logic for larger campaigns.
Support brief development, content trackers, and calendar planning with attention to narrative detail and execution feasibility.
Surface platform trends, competitor content, and best-in-class examples to inform creative ideation and elevate execution.
Participate in brainstorms and cross-functional sessions to help build content from upstream stages.
Identify opportunities to expand into other content formats (e.g., .com articles, owned editorial, thought leadership) in future planning cycles.
Sit in on select client calls to gather context, better understand tone preferences, and align with evolving priorities.
Interpret client feedback and brand guidance to refine copy directionally and strategically.
Serve as a connector between account and creative—translating brand needs into strong deliverables.
The role involves working across collaborative content tools and staying current with evolving technologies that support writing and creative strategy.
Familiarity with social platform specs and best practices across Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, BlueSky, and other relevant channels
Comfort using AI-supported writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GrammarlyGO) to support ideation, editing, research, and content refinement
Openness to contributing to AI training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing, helping the broader team learn how to apply these tools effectively within the content creation process
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and MS Teams for writing and collaboration
