We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Healthcare and Energy Studio
The role focuses on the production and execution of social-first and digital creative across healthcare and energy clients. You will be working within established concepts and brand systems, helping turn ideas into polished, platform-ready output across social and digital channels. This is a hands-on studio role suited to someone early in their career who has some design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and an interest in social content, trends, and visual storytelling. The studio environment is highly collaborative and social, with close working relationships between designers and project managers and regular exposure to feedback, ideas and client work.

Responsibilities
Design and produce social-first creative assets including quote cards, carousels and campaign visuals
Adapt and resize creative across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and others)
Edit and assemble short-form video content using footage, typography and simple motion graphics
Action feedback and amends, sometimes on projects you’ve not created originally.
Keep project files organised and orderly.
Work within established client brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
Prepare and export final artwork and videos to social media specifications. Prepare projects for client delivery.
Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to deliver work to deadline and specification.
