Location: London - Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

Job Overview

At Substance Global, we bring stories to life for some of the world’s most exciting entertainment brands, from major studios and streamers to experiential and gaming clients. As a Pitch Proposal Producer, with film, entertainment or TV experience you’ll be the driving force behind how we produce social-first stories, and present creative ideas, helping win, shape, and deliver standout campaigns that capture imagination and deliver results.

You’ll play a hands-on role in building social campaign proposals, pitch decks, and social campaign stories that inspire clients and align seamlessly with Substance’s creative vision. Working closely with our strategy, social, influencer, event and creative teams, you’ll lead the development and coordination of proposals, ensuring every submission tells a clear, compelling story backed by cultural insight, data, and bold creative thinking. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends production precision with social storytelling. You’ll bring together ideas, copy, visuals, and structure, crafting decks and presentations that sell big ideas beautifully. You’ll also be on the ground at times, attending screenings, premieres, and events to understand our work first-hand and feed that energy back into our pitch storytelling.
