We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager, preferably with pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, to help oversee a flagship retained and project-based account that includes all social media disciplines – content (organic + paid), insights, project management and social creative.
The work is agile and varied, and you will play a key role in delivering social content that visually stands out and pushes the boundaries in innovation and performance. Our account team has built this account into an award-winning market leader in the space, constantly innovating and performing at or above benchmark levels. The incoming Account Manager will work closely with the Account Director and Senior Account Manager to further develop the account and contribute to its continued growth and success.
Has 2–5 years’ Digital / Social Account Management experience within Pharma or Healthcare
Has experience and proficiency with client-facing communication skills
Is comfortable discussing strategic-level initiatives with clients at all levels from around the world
Works well internally and has experience collaborating with teams across strategy, social, creative and insights
Communicates effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people: external individuals, organisations, and other 3rd parties
Has a strong understanding of all social platforms, innovations and opportunities
Feels at ease working within a fast-paced team environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and applying proficient problem-solving skills
Has experience with proposal writing and presentation of campaign ideas
Will bring new ideas and concepts to keep projects fresh and innovative
Is knowledgeable about creative formats within Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Understands paid formats and audience targeting across social platforms
Has an interest in and exposure to emerging digital technologies
